Refund & Cancellation Policy
Design & Development
Design and development projects require extensive resources, consumes our time and incurs internal expenses. Therefore once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project gets cancelled, delayed or postponed by the CLIENT, then all monies paid will be retained by thinkboxproduction.com and if applicable, an additional cost will be charged to the CLIENT for all work completed beyond what was already paid for. No exceptions.
Partial refund: If there is a failure to deliver as per our delivery policy after the approval of the initial design style. The partial refund will be in proportion to the work completed:
Stage 1 – Rough Design
Design fees are applied directly to expenses incurred by thinkboxproduction.com in the 50% non-refundable deposit. (50% of the total payment in USD will be refunded, refunded amount does not included any services charges by bank or any charges by payment gateway system or currency difference)
Stage 2 – Line/Color Progress
Processing fees are applied directly to expenses incurred by thinkboxproduction.com in the 50% non-refundable deposit and Working-Days and 3D Models and Any other related resources we produced or purchase for the projects. (10%-20% of the total payment in USD will be refunded depend to the work completed, refunded amount does not included any services charges by bank or any charges by payment gateway system or currency difference)
Stage 3 – Finishing Artwork
Finishing fees are applied directly to expenses incurred by thinkboxproduction.com in all the total payment. (We WILL NOT refund any amount during this stage, since the work already considered to be finished)
No Refunds:
If the project has been completed or uploaded on the server or sent it to the client or during the Stage 3 – Finishing Artwork.
Full Refunds:
In cases after receiving “deposit payment and necessary documents” where the project has not been started in 2 weeks or cancelled before anytime of Projects started or before entering Stage 1 – Rough Design. (refunded amount does not included any services charges by bank or any charges by payment gateway system or currency difference)
Way of Refunds:
Foreign: We will be using RHB Malaysia (Foreign Telegraphic Transfer) or Paypal or ipay88
Malaysia: For Malaysia customer, we will be using RHB Malaysia – Normal Transfer or ipay88
The refund shall be made, and customer should check on their bank account within 7-14 working days.
(All the refund will be using USD and excluded with charges by RHB bank or charges by Paypal or charges by ipay88)
